Payy Launches Stablecoin Refund Mechanism Finality

By: x.com|2026/09/11 02:28:54

The Ethereum privacy-focused EVM L2 network Payy has launched a stablecoin refund mechanism called Finality, aimed at providing enterprise clients with a dispute resolution similar to chargebacks without reversing the original blockchain transaction. The payer can set a brief recovery window when creating a payment, while the payee receives the funds immediately. During this window, liquidity providers bear the payment protection. In case of a dispute, the payer submits reasons and evidence, which a neutral arbitrator reviews, and upon approval, the protected amount can be recovered.
