Morgan Stanley's MSBT Sees Inflow of 355.33 BTC Over Four Days
Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin product, MSBT, has reportedly seen an inflow of 355.33 BTC over the past four days, amounting to approximately $28.3 million. According to Onchain Lens, as of 1:05 AM KST on the 5th, MSBT has accumulated an additional 94.56 BTC, which was withdrawn from Coinbase Prime. The value of this amount was estimated at $7.54 million. This figure highlights a flow of inflows over several days rather than a single transaction. MSBT is Morgan Stanley's Bitcoin exchange-traded product, which does not involve investors holding BTC directly. MSBT is not subject to regulations like registered ETFs or mutual funds under the Investment Company Act of 1940 and is a product that exposes investors to Bitcoin prices. The custody structure involves BNY Mellon and Coinbase Custody Trust. This data illustrates how institutional demand through U.S. Bitcoin spot products is captured on-chain. However, this data alone cannot definitively determine the overall net inflow, changes in net assets, or the direction of BTC prices.
