Liquid White Hat Hackers Demand Blockstream Pay $500 Million Bug Bounty
A group of white hat hackers has accused Blockstream of spending only $1.5 million, or possibly even less, to secure assets worth $5 billion. The group is demanding that Blockstream pay a bug bounty equivalent to 10% of the related assets using its own funds, warning that refusal to pay will result in a 15% loss for holders. Additionally, the group has stated that it will release the private key used to decrypt conversations with Blockstream. Previously, the group returned 3,400 BTC to the Liquid Federation, with approximately 600 BTC still outstanding.
