HTX has included Russia in its list of countries and regions where its services are prohibited. This restriction applies to individuals residing in or located in Russia, as well as businesses registered or primarily operating there. The agreement stipulates that HTX may restrict relevant users from using platform services, suspend withdrawals, and close accounts, while reserving the right to adjust the list of restricted areas, with changes possibly made without prior notice. The report did not disclose the specific effective date of the restrictions related to Russia or the arrangements for user withdrawals. Previously, Bitget and MEXC also announced restrictions or cessation of services for Russian users.
