Galaxy CEO Increases Stock Holdings, Claims Stock Price is Disconnected from Company Value
Galaxy Digital CEO Mike Novogratz stated that there is a significant disconnect between the current stock price of GLXY and the company value he perceives, prompting him to increase his stock holdings starting today. He pointed out that the blue wave resulting from the Democratic victory in the U.S. has put pressure on companies like Galaxy, but political factors should not be conflated with long-term fundamentals. Novogratz believes that the migration of finance to blockchain and the surge in AI demand represent a generational shift that transcends government changes and market cycles. Additionally, Galaxy has successfully delivered the first phase of the Helios project in Texas as planned, with 800 megawatts of capacity leased through long-term contracts, and the company will continue to collaborate with local lawmakers, communities, and the new government.
