First Token Computing Power Loan in Sichuan Launched in Chengdu

The Chengdu branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has issued Sichuan's first Token computing power loan to a high-tech enterprise in the Chengdu High-tech Zone. This marks the first time that the company's AI computing power consumption and Token procurement costs have been included in the credit evaluation system. The enterprise primarily engages in software development, mini-program and app development, and the implementation of AI intelligent systems. Due to a lack of traditional collateral, it has faced difficulties in obtaining loans. This time, ICBC has used real computing power bills, token invocation logs, computing power service contracts, AI business orders, and accounts receivable as core evidence. The loan funds are specifically directed towards API calling fees for large models and computing power leasing fees, alleviating the pressure of mismatched payment terms where computing power is paid upfront while project returns come later.
