DDC Enterprise H1 Financial Report: Revenue of $20.2 Million, Up 29% Year-on-Year, BTC Holdings Increase to 2,899 Coins

DDC Enterprise Limited has released its financial report for the first half of 2026, showing total revenue of $20.2 million, a 29% increase year-on-year, driven by improved retail penetration and distribution expansion. Gross profit reached $6.12 million, up 17.5%, with a gross margin of 30.4%. The adjusted EBITDA for the core food business was positive, reaching $1.2 million. The GAAP net loss was $38.41 million, which included a non-cash impairment loss of $34.27 million related to the fair value of Bitcoin. As of the date of this report, cash and short-term investments totaled approximately $21.6 million. In terms of Bitcoin holdings, the company holds 2,899 Bitcoins, a 145% increase from 1,181 coins at the end of 2025. The balance sheet shows that working capital improved from a negative $12.2 million at the end of 2025 to a positive $39.4 million as of June 30; equity attributable to DDC shareholders increased from approximately $71.2 million at the end of 2025 to $180.8 million; and net debt decreased from $60.6 million at the end of 2025 to $10.2 million. The company's board authorized a stock repurchase plan of up to $10 million or 20% of the outstanding shares on July 1.
