Bridged ZEC supply on Solana reaches 103000 tokens

The amount of ZEC bridged to Solana reached a record of about 103000 tokens, valued at approximately 124 million dollars as of late October. Most of the supply was transferred via NEAR’s OmniBridge. ZEC supply on Solana increased from about 86643 in May to 97942 in mid-September before hitting the new high. Although the token count set a record, its U.S. dollar value decreased from about 132 million dollars in mid-September. The number of addresses holding ZEC issued through OmniBridge surged nearly ninefold, rising from approximately 17000 in late June to over 152000 by late October. As of mid-September, around 79% of spot DEX trading volume in ZEC across all blockchains occurred on Solana. ZEC bridged to Solana lacks privacy-preserving features, making balances and transaction histories visible.
